Process
Research & Discovery
Conducted benchmarking of B2B/B2C platforms (such as Booking & Selina) to understand best practices.
Gathered user insights to identify navigation patterns and content priorities.
Concept & UX Planning
Structured the information architecture around three main categories: Paint, Construction, and Plaster.
Designed a homepage that balances functional navigation with strong visual storytelling.
Created wireframes focused on ease of use, accessibility, and modular design.
UI Design
Developed a clean and modern design system aligned with Tambour’s branding.
Used a grid-based layout to create consistency across the portal.
Applied strong visuals and promotional banners to drive engagement.
